Primary Duties

Duties include: Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including research to resolve any discrepancies: • Quarterly reviews with the management team of the overall balance sheet: • Assist in the process of researching and resolve inconsistencies on invoices: • Month-end Journal entries including payroll, travel, and entertainment, etc. Responsible for the review and posting of international revenue/expenses: • Bank reconciliations (U.S., Canada, and Mexico): • Monthly reporting: royalty, sales, aged receivables, pricing, and others as necessary

Position Salary

$60-70K + bonus!

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 2-year work experience in the Finance & Accounting function with a sound knowledge of accrual accounting and general close processes. Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree required. One to two years’ experience in staff accountant role, Progression towards a Master's degree or CPA/CMA candidate is a plus Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is desirable. Proven record of contributing to process improvements Strong desire to learn reporting tools Ability to communicate effectively with strong attention to detail
