Our Leadership Development program is for you if you are interested in:

  • Building your leadership skills
  • Learning how to build a strengths-based culture
  • Gaining experience in public speaking
  • Receiving practical and useful networking tips
  • Getting to know accounting professionals outside your own firm or alum group
  • Exploring how the accounting profession is organized for success--and your opportunities within those organizations

As a volunteer-governed association, we thrive on members' leadership growth. TXCPA Fort Worth has conducted a small group leadership skills training program annually for over 25 years. Join us this year at a two-day residential retreat at the beautiful Inn on the River, Glen Rose, Texas.
